Ans: Not at all – it’s completely up to you! If you will not be home at the time of cleaning, you may choose to leave your keys at a pre-designated location agreed upon by you and our cleaner.

Ans: Yes, you can! Many of our customers have regular bookings with the same cleaner. If you like a service Pro you’ve used previously, just make a note of that when booking and we will let you know if available.

Ans: At the time of booking, our booking system will ask you for the details of the cleaning you required, depending on size and type we will recommend estimated time necessary for the cleaning. Please Note : Estimated time required for the cleaning may change

Ans: After receiving your online booking, we will send you an email confirming your booking details including date and time.
