Ans: Not at all – it’s completely up to you! If you will not be home at the time of cleaning, you may choose to leave your keys at a pre-designated location agreed upon by you and our cleaner.

Ans: Yes, you can! Many of our customers have regular bookings with the same cleaner. If you like a service Pro you’ve used previously, just make a note of that when booking and we will let you know if available.
