Your Booking

- You can cancel or amend your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the cleaning appointment.
- A booking cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without a cancellation fee.
- Full service fee will be charged to cover transport and effort if our Pro arrives for a scheduled booking, but they’re unable to gain entry or get started.
