Yes, basic cleaning materials are included in our price but any special cleaning product request will have an extra charge and carpet cleaning required small fee for the equipment.

Yes, 99% of our cleaning team can communicate in english language fluently.

Q: Is there any Guarantee?

In a very rare case, If you are not happy with the job, our cleaner will return to re-clean free of charge.

Q: What happens after I have made a booking?

After receiving your online booking, we will send you an email confirming your booking details including date and time.

Q: How much time is needed for my cleaning?

At the time of booking, our booking system will ask you for the details of the cleaning you required, depending on size and type we will recommend estimated time necessary for the cleaning.

Q: Can I change or cancel my booking?

At Cleaners Planet we understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to make a change to your booking, simply call 020 3105 8710 or email us at support@cleanersplanet.com

You can cancel or amend your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the cleaning appointment.
A booking cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without a cancellation fee.
Full service fee will be charged to cover transport and effort if our Pro arrives for a scheduled booking, but they’re unable to gain entry or get started.

Q: Can I request a service Pro I've used in the past?

Answer

Yes, you can! Many of our customers have regular bookings with the same provider. If you like a service Pro you’ve used previously, just make a note of that when booking.

Q: Do I have to be home while the Service Pro is there?

Answer

Not at all – it’s completely up to you! If you will not be home at the time of the job, you may choose to leave your keys at a pre-designated location agreed upon by you and our Pro.
